CappadociaReviews.com is an independent Cappadocia travel review and planning website built to help travellers make better decisions before they arrive. The site is shaped by many years of living and working in Cappadocia tourism, including experience with hotels, tour operations, guiding, walking tours and day-to-day visitor questions.

Why CappadociaReviews.com exists

Cappadocia is an extraordinary destination, but planning a first trip can become confusing very quickly. Travellers see hundreds of cave hotels, many balloon companies, different airport transfer choices, Red Tours, Green Tours, private tours, outdoor activities and booking sites that often describe similar experiences in very different ways.

Finding something to buy is easy. Understanding whether it is the right choice for your trip is harder. CappadociaReviews.com exists to make those decisions clearer.

Experience behind the website

The founder of CappadociaReviews.com studied tourism and spent many years living and working in Cappadocia. That experience included accommodation, tour operations, guiding, walking tours and helping visitors understand how to use their limited time in the region.

It also means seeing Cappadocia from more than one angle: as a destination, as a tourism workplace and through the questions travellers repeatedly ask before and during their visit.

Local experience does not mean every article is based on a recent personal stay, ride or paid tour. When a page contains researched information rather than direct experience, we aim to write it that way. What we do

What we are not

CappadociaReviews.com is not a hotel, travel agency, balloon operator, transfer company or day-tour operator. We do not control the businesses discussed on the site, and we cannot change or cancel a booking made with another company.

When we link to a booking provider, the booking is made with that provider or the relevant operator under its own terms.

Independence and local relationships

Cappadocia has a close tourism community. After years in the region, it is normal to know people who work in hotels, guiding, restaurants, agencies and activities. A personal connection does not guarantee a recommendation or more favourable coverage.

Our aim is to treat businesses consistently and focus on information that helps the traveller: location, suitability, value, practical limitations, what is included and what should be checked before booking.

How the website earns money

Some pages contain affiliate links. If a traveller books through an eligible affiliate link, CappadociaReviews.com may receive a commission from the booking platform. This normally does not add an extra charge to the traveller.
